2.Usage: The skin is restructured, replenished (+19% of skin density after 2 months), firmer and more elastic, recovering its fullness.
3.Decription: The Hexapeptide-10 corresponds to residues 2099-2104 of the laminin α1 chain. Hexapeptide-10 has been shown to modulate tumor invasion, metastasis and angiogenesis.Laminin fragments containing the SIKVAV sequence may contribute to the inflammatory response at sites of wound healing. They may also play a role in the excessive induction of metalloproteinases in chronic inflammatory lesions.
Hexapeptide-10: is from an adhesion sequence of laminin, which restores the cutaneous structure.Hexapeptide-10 is a firming active that promotes a double-cellular activity on both keratinocytes and fibroblast. It increases the synthesis of laminin-5, alpha6-integrin and hemidesmosomes, thus strengthening the dermal-epidermal junction. With Hexapeptide-10,the skin is restructured, replenished, firmer and more elastic, recovering its fullness.
